Since we've now entered Vespa's orbit, please make sure you’ve adjusted the oxygen and pressure levels in your cabins for several hours before taking a shuttle out to avoid any unpleasant cramping. (Is there a pleasant kind of cramping…? Hm.) Ah, anyway and if you do decide to visit the planet's surface, make sure to take proper precautions when coming back aboard as well. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Luckily Vespa's gravity is fairly similar to what we've become used to on the ship, so there should be relatively few issues...

If you have any specific concerns, you can find me in the Medical Bay. Until then, stay safe! And stretch!

If those living onboard a spaceship do not know how to acclimatise, it is better they suffer pain and recall for the next time.

If you cannot control your own body, what use can you possibly be onboard a starship? In the words of my our own captain, experienced travellers should not let their guard down.

You are saying your self worth depends on others incompetence? A safe, if sadistic career choice.

If you desire to succeed at all, Oishi-kun, you will learn to be proud of your job and not flinch from the reality of the occupation.
